I started taking one full squeeze of the plunger and it didn’t kick in for about 20-30 minutes and man I was buzzing and just cranking on my list of to-do’s that I had written down last night. This supplement has the most amount of ingredients proven for Alzheimer's disease at a reasonable price. A complete neurotransmitter package. Others cost three times as much and have half the indgredients. Add Choline to this and B12 or B complex and you have a complete formula for mental alertness. My advice is to start with this formula and slowly add others to see if you get any benefit. I alos noticed improved focus when taking this for multiple weeks in a row in the morning.

Boosts my concentration and memory

It's going well so far. Have only been taking for a few days, but appear to be working as expected.

The effects of these brain boosting drops can be felt within minutes of taking it as long as you are not on anything else at the moment. Helps fight negativity for at least 80minutes. Could do with a double dose for longer lasting effect of positivity. No particular flavor or taste. I take it first thing in the morning on my way to work.

Efficacy and attentiveness

My oldest son has very hard time focusing and paying attention in class due to his ADD. Doesn’t work

It helps me think tasks separately and stay focused on "mental lists" easily, things that normally are a big challenge for me. Im taking 2 drops in the morning with no meal, just water milk juice o something. Then I eat after 40 mits. My bottle is gone since 1 week a go and I just didn't care and keep continuing my life cuz everything was great. Then I realized 1 week later I was starting to struggle a lot (and I was use yo the clarity and order already) look in my mind what habits I'm missing or changing and guess what I realized it was the drops! Guys this is for people who STRUGLE with brain deficits like us, if you all ready have a healthy brain of course you won't see lot of effect, this is no the drug from the movie that will make you millionaire

Consistently things such as a good multivitamin, D and Magnesium (which most people are deficient in), Omega-3, Coenzyme Q-10, Apple Cider Vinegar Probiotic, are things I may take on a regular basis along with the drops... As far as mood/hangover/shiftwork recovery I would look at this product along with Omega-3, and Ashwagandha, and Coenzyme Q-10. If your tummy hurts or heartburn look at Apple Cider Vinegar Probiotic. If the weather is changing and you are getting arthritis/inflammation look at Turmeric, Vit-D, Magnesium, and Magnesium gel to apply to joints/sore muscles; consider laying on a heating pad. If you believe you are getting sick, in addition to your multivitamin and possibly extra Vit-C 500 Complex, look at Airborne gummies, and L-Lysine. Kick that illness by boosting that immune system! If you work shift work and need help sleeping, take Vit-D, Magnesium, and get some sunlight and look into Melatonin if you can't get enough sunlight. I am 79 years old and I would not say that this product erased 50 years but, after almost 2 weeks I must admit that I am more focused in the morning, especially when I do my mind training. I will keep on using it and hope the results will be as encouraging as they are now.

It is hard for me to maintain a straight thinking process. I started taking this about two years ago and it helped so very much. I am a frequent user of a daily multivitamin. I thought that I might try something new by taking a brain-enhancing vitamin (well in this case dropper) as I am always looking to keep my neurons firing. I picked this one and tried it. Frankly, I am very impressed.

I'm the best coder on my team for my startup, everyone else goes off task while I continue to push myself and work harder than I ever have before.

If you have a lot of tasks to keep in mind, intellectually challenging work or studying something (I have all 3 simultaneously), this supplement helps a lot. I noticed after couple weeks, that I can focus way more easy, my mind became more clear and I get distracted much much less than before.

It has been a good supplement for me so far and trust it is working as ginko biloba and B12 have been effective for me.
